How will security screening for Registered Traveler Program participants differ from that for regular travelers?
The program is designed to afford greater customer service to our customers. At those checkpoints where the layout and traveler volumes permit, RT cardholders will have a dedicated security lane and / or premium front of line benefits. While the combination of benefits available at each participating airport may vary, all RT program participants should receive an expedited and more convenient checkpoint experience.
Can I use my iQueue Card at any Registered Traveler security lane, even those managed by other providers?
It is our intention to work with other vendors to promote a nationally interoperable program. While no such contracts exist today, we will work to forge such agreements so that iQueue member cards may be used by our members when using a non-iQueue RT lane.
