How do I enroll in the iQueue Program?
Step 1: Pre-Enrollment

iQueue Pre-Enrollment is available here online. Select the "Enroll Now" link on the Enroll Now page and enter your personal information on the secure enrollment site.

Step 2: Enrollment

With your control number and 2 forms of identification (See below for required identification), visit an iQueue enrollment center. The enrollment process should take about 10-15 minutes:
    a. Your identification documents will be verified and scanned into the system.
    b. Fingerprint and iris scans will be processed for authentication and security purposes.
    c. Your photograph will be taken for inclusion in the record and for use on your membership card.

Step 3: iQueue Card

Upon approval, iQueue will create and mail out your completed RT membership card. This process takes roughly 2 weeks following enrollment.

Your iQueue Card is ready to be used when you receive it and may be used at any approved RT airport.

How much does the iQueue Card cost?

The basic cost to join is $169 per year. There is no charge for pre-enrollment.

Who is elligible for a iQueue Card?

Anyone who is a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident, and is at least 12 years of age. Children under the age of 12 may accompany their parent in the RT lane if the parent is a valid RT cardholder.

What will I need to enroll?

You will need 2 forms of government-issued photo identification in order to enroll in the RT program. We have established a list of acceptable documents that will be used to satisfy these requirements. One document must be a government-issued photo ID, one must contain security features capable of being verified through authentication technology and one must confirm that the applicant is a U.S. Citizen, a U.S. National, or a lawful Permanent Resident of the United States. If a single document meets all of these requirements, a second document from the list is still required.
