During pre-enrollment, you will only be asked to provide basic biographical information that uniquely identifies you (e.g., name, address, email and phone). During enrollment you will be asked to provide additional information (e.g., identification documentation, employer information) and you will need to input your biometric information (iris and fingerprint scans).
iQueue is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. The FLO solution for RT incorporates data security technologies and practices to protect member information. Moreover, iQueue will never sell information about its members.
While iQueue considers the prospect of special offers and incentives provided to its members to be a key benefit, iQueue members will not receive any marketing information unless they explicitly choose to do so.
When you enroll in the RT Program, we collect biographic, biometric and payment information. A limited set of that data will be securely transmitted to our partners to produce the membership card. Such info will be transmitted using cryptography algorithms to encrypt all sensitive data. iQueue does not share personal or account information with any external entity without consent of its individual members, unless required by law.
The iQueue Card is designed to be a tamper-proof identity credential. It is biometrically secured and uses encryption technology, which ensures that the information stored on it can only be accessed or used by the card's proper owner. iQueue has a mechanism to enable customers to replace lost or stolen cards in a timely manner. Customers in need of a new card should call the helpdesk or contact us by email to begin the replacement process.
No, not at this time. While iQueue's system architecture has the capability to support credit and debit transactions, the initial iQueue Card will be a secure identity credential only.
